Hopefully you loved everything you purchased, but if something does not work out we are here to help!
Please fill out the RETURN CONTACT FORM below- we will then process your request and a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to the provided email.
Returns must be mailed out 3 business days after you have requested your return slip!
RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
Before returning an item, please be sure that your return meets ALL of our return requirements.
- Return requests MUST be submitted within 14 days of the original package delivery date.
- Layne and Gray Boutique will not assume responsibility for any damaged items during shipment. We are also not responsible for lost return packages.
- Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. If you believe you have received defected/incorrect merchandise, you must email us within 5 business days of the package's original delivery. If the item is defected please include with your email images of the defected area/item.
- Customers may return any unused, unworn item(s), with tags attached. (within 14 days of delivery) Merchandise must be in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears to have been worn, washed, damaged, or is a final sale item. If we receive an item back in any of the listed conditions, you will be responsible for the return shipping to have the item sent back to you, and will not be eligible for your credit.
- Shoes being returned need to be shipped in the original shoe box placed inside a larger package—not shipped in the shoe box alone. Damaged shoes or shoe boxes will NOT be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return based upon its returned condition, and the unaccepted items will be mailed back to you at your own expense.
NO RETURNS ON: Jewelry, Swimwear, Handbags, Accessories, and Intimates. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Sale items include all items individually marked down. (This excludes site wide sales.)
ABSOLUTELY NO cash, credit, debit, or PayPal card refunds will be issued: only ONLINE STORE CREDIT. *No exceptions.Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive your return package, excluding holidays.
WHEN MAILING A RETURN
- Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our return office!
- Please provide the packaging slip OR a piece of paper with your name, contact info and your order number. Without this your return will NOT be processed.
